He is a sociologist, he had long been engaged in consulting, analysis and training for various organizational and educational systems. He has been for a decade Plan administrator in a consultant agency. He taught eighteen years at the University of Bologna in several courses and degree of specialization, the first in CIDo.S.Pe.L. (International Centre for Documentation and Sociological Studies on Problems of Labour) at the Faculty of Political Sciences, and thereafter in the Faculty of Education. Today he has the chair at SISF University of Venice (International School of Sciences Training). He directs the series “Formative Experience” for the publisher Franco Angeli and author of a sixty publications between essays, articles and volumes on the themes of the complexity, of changing and learning.
